If you are looking for a cozy, clean and affordable space to host an event such as a birthday party, a graduation or wedding reception, a business meeting or even a family reunion then we have the perfect event space for you. 

Conveniently located right next door to the CWC Cafe is our 1,600 square foot banquet room.  Our banquet room can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people. See the tabs below for rental rates and other rental options. Room Rental

Rental fee is $65 per hour.

*Please allow sufficient time for clean- up. Additional charges of $35 per 15 minute increment may apply if event does not end at the agreed upon time.

Complimentary items included with rental fee are: linen tablecloths (black or white only), chair covers (black or white only), tables (60" round, 6' rectangle, high -top cocktail); chairs, WiFi guest access and ice.  Renter must bring cooler or other container for ice.


SECURITY DEPOSIT:  $100 security deposit required. Security deposit will be refunded, in whole or in part, within one week after event contingent upon renter’s adherence to all aspects of the rental agreement.

Linen Rental

Linen tablecloths and napkins and available for rent.  The associated fees are $5.50 per tablecloth and $0.50 per napkin. Contact us for available colors.

Chair covers and chair sashes are also available for rent for $0.75 per chair. 

Rules and Responsibilities

Rules and responsibilities are outlined on our Rental Agreement which protect your interest as well as ours. Some of those rules/responsibilities are: no open flame, please use flameless candles; guest tables and food tables MUST be covered; only painter's tape to be used to affix or attach decorations to walls/ceiling; renter is responsible for the actions of guests.
